Membership

Membership in the Colorado Multiple Assembly of Procurement Officials is open to all state, municipal, county, special district, school district and other government agencies throughout the state.

MAPO members have access to an online repository of available contracts and solicitations to use when procuring goods and services for their agencies. These competitively bid or negotiated agreements often provide substantially lower pricing than what might be obtained by individual agencies.

MAPO's membership year runs January - December.

Dues are per agency - a single low cost fee offers membership to participating individuals from each member-agency.

Please note that your membership in Colorado MAPO is pending until we receive your payment.

Only Primary Members are given the option to renew when logging in, along with the ability to pay by credit card as part of the renewal process. All Primary Memberships are $50 for the calendar year. Primary Members can manage all secondary and tertiary members within the account.

Tertiary Members do not have a login and password and cannot login to the website. But they are included in blast emails and in mailing lists of active members.
